The material feels super soft and comfortable, not scratchy at all. I wore it all day and it still felt really nice, which is exactly what you want, isn’t it?

I liked having the videos as a reference, and they definitely helped me understand the moves better. But sometimes the guidance wasn’t super clear, so I had to pause and figure things out on my own. Even my sister tried following along with me and got a bit confused in a couple spots. Overall it was useful, just could use clearer instructions

i ordered from Shreddy Lyfe and ended up sending it back because the fit just wasn’t right on me. the return process itself was easy enough to follow, but the refund took a bit longer than i was hoping. support did get back to me, just not as quickly as i would’ve liked. i got my money back in the end, so it was fine overall, but the whole thing could’ve been a little smoother.

The meals are fine and they do work for me, but the prep takes longer than I thought it would... Some of the plans are okay, just a bit hard to follow here and there.

I really liked that the plan felt like it was made for me and not just some generic copy-paste thing. But overall, it was flexible enough to fit my life, and I’m happy with how it worked out.
